At Katamu Co, we stand by the performance of our gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you have the right equipment to reach your peak potential without any compromise on quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original boxes with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
